These terms cover the website only. Commissioned work is governed by the separate written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

02Photography and copyright

Every photograph and video on this site was produced by McCo Media and remains our copyright. The same applies to the text, layout, and design of the site.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, or republish any image from this site — including for AI training datasets — without written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always fine.

Client logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify work we have produced for them.

03Enquiries are not a booking

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, form a contract, or oblige either of us to proceed.

A project is only confirmed once scope, fee, and usage are agreed in writing and any deposit required has been paid.

04Quotes and pricing

Commissioned work is not priced on this site. Every project is quoted individually because the crew, production, licensing, and delivery required differ from job to job, and any figure discussed before a written quote is an estimate rather than a binding offer.

Studio membership rates are published on the studio page. They are shown for information, may change, and the terms that apply to a membership are those presented at checkout on topchalkstudio.com.

05Studio memberships

Top Chalk Studio is the studio McCo Media works from, and memberships to it are sold and fulfilled through topchalkstudio.com. Buying a membership is a separate transaction with that site under its own terms; nothing on this site forms part of it.

A studio membership is not a commission of photography, video or podcast production from McCo Media, and does not include those services.

06The Project Advisor

The Project Advisor generates a suggested scope of services from the description you type in. It is an automated tool, its output is a starting point for a conversation, and it is not a quote or professional advice.

Your description is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the response, so please do not enter confidential information. See our privacy policy for detail.

07Accuracy of this site

We keep the information here current and correct, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error free, and it may change without notice.

Portfolio images show work produced for previous clients. They illustrate capability rather than guarantee a particular result on your project.

08Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or change any part of it without notice.

Where this site links out — to our social profiles, for example — we are not responsible for the content of those sites or their handling of your data.
